ORDERS
Orders may be placed online at miraclesbyilanit.com at any time. Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours by a representative. Most items will ship within 3-5 business days, provided the items are available in stock. If an item is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are between 2-4 weeks. If the item is ready before the allotted window, the item will ship as soon as it is complete. You will be notified via email when your order ships.
Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer that the allotted time window. A sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer FedEx Express for international orders which typically takes up to 4 business days. Miracles by Ilanit LLC is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. A helpful link to calculate how much you will be charged for customs depending on your country is dutycalculator.com. Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
